I am settled in here inside the ballroom of the Nashua Crowne Plaza hotel. This is the site of the John McCain campaign and its supporters to watch the results come in. The big screens have Fox News on (of course!) and there is free wireless for the press. But the ballroom is small. The ballrooms I had prom and homecoming dances in were bigger than this one. My camera position is five feet away from one of two confetti cannons they are going to fire off after McCain finishes speaking. I've already had two staffers kindly warn me that I will need to get out of the way - or else get blasted and go temporarily deaf. I think I'll heed their warnings...
